    Amputation help?

I have a WoOZ Dorothy , Isis and a Dinah that have appendage problems. i'm try to get a hand off dorothy and a foot off Isis so i can wind up with 2 complete figures. i've tried the push pin idea in the customs help area to no avail. is there any other easy way to get these little pins out ? or do i need to get a very fine drill? please help?

Soaking them in warm water may expand the plastic a bit...that sometimes helps when dismantling Megos.

I have also used a hair dryer with success, to heat up the plastic some.
