    Wow they look fantastic!!!
I am in the midst of finishing my lone ranger.I used an original lone ranger suit cut it down an resewed it but Damn I think I like your new one way better I may have to try to get one....
I was also thinking of a Kahn as tonto but didn't want to shell out the coinage for a second just to use his head....Grrr...I have decided on cochise to play tonto but I say if you can get another kahn for a reasonable price then thats the head to use.He looks more like Jay to me if he was a tad bit darker.Good luck keep us posted.

Jessica repainted Emce Khan (rotocast head) and MegoSpidey Did the same with (rotocast) Emce's Scottie . I love these Emce heads, Just did'nt like the orangy/red color they possessed. I reamed the neck hole on the torso and re-placed the head back into the body (The heads were painted while in their respective bodies.....due to paint on rubber process) in order to make it relatively easy to turn them side to side w/less friction. In reference to the Lone Ranger costume, I gave a blue print of exactly what i wanted to Brian Leitner and he came thru "Bigtime". I was very impressed with the final result on all the custom work (leads to endless possibilities). These three talented artist did a fantastic job..... and are very nice people to deal/work with. I added two more pictures to the mix.

I agree with the others, that is a really cool Lone Ranger. Brian does nice work, but that is one of my favorites I have seen by him. The paint on the others is good too, but Lone Ranger is stealing the show. Kahn would probably make a nice Tonto. Castaway had some Indian accessories that might go well with a custom. You should definately pick up a horse for LR.

Aww....Zira looks so cute amongst all those humans!! (I didn't notice Dr. Zaius earlier). It's just that she's so short compared to everyone else.

That's a great Ranger and I will be making a Tonto and use a Kahn head, as someone else mentioned. Cochise had been serving as my Tonto.
