Custom Firestar Help

Hi I am needing some assistance on a Possible Custom Firestar. I was wondering if anyone has come up with a great Idea on how to make the Mask. I was thinking some red Vinyl with a band simillar to how the Robin Removable mask works . Has anyone tried this or have you come up with another idea ?

Have you tried sculpting one? I have used magic sculpt with great results.

I cut out her mask using craft foam and glued it right to her face.
