It's not impossible; not by a long shot, but it'll take a lot of work. I'm working on a 4 armed torso right now. It's slow going 'cos of my limited sculpting skills, but I got the mathematics figgered out. The extra head is tricky too; but a torso COULD be sculpted with two neck plugs. But then you gotta make the mold, run the part, Dremel them out....

A lot of work, but doable.

Never said it was impossible. Heck, anything is possible, but it sure won't be easy

Found the perfect head for this here.

      Unfortunately ... they're $30 a piece, and I need two.

Let me take a stab at this. It sounds like you are shooting for the BBC tv take on this. First go to Classic TV Toys and snag some Mego bodies. an 8" and maybe a 6" body also grab the Ivanhoe head (I think he's the one with the silly smirk.) Drill a hole in the side of the 8" bodys chest small enough to contain one of the 6" bodies arms. secure the rubberband to the opposing leg. you'll see how this is when you disassemble these figures. I feel the 6" bodys arm will ride better alond side the full 8" figures chest. Then I would look for a small head to mount beside the Ivanhoe head say like a 5" action figures head that you can find on the shelf at any toystore. Sculpty up some hair. Do a little repaint on the features and BANG Bob's you Uncle.

          Thank you for that site.
I just set up a shopping cart. The Ivanhoe will do great!

Yes ... I do prefer the BBC version! Though, I want him to look just a tad better. So, I do plan on re-sculpting the torso, so that the heads are centered, and I think I want the arms to both come off of the shoulder, instead of above/below as it seems more anatomically plausible (yes, call me crazy, but, not late for dinner... I want some reality in my fantasy.)

The next problem will be the costume. I can't sew.
Is there anywhere that makes custom outfits?

          Thanks again!

Don't buy ANYTHING from Andgor. They are scammers that never deliver anything. Can't believe that site is still around.

Thank you for the warning Thunderbolt.
That explains why they didn't respond to my email inquiry.
I think I'm going to go for a combination of ddgaff1132 & Don C.'s idea.

                  Yeah man ...
Though, I watched 10 minutes of the new movie, before the pain became unbearable, necessitating ejecting the DVD.
