The bodies don't look to be imbalanced at all, in spite of being top heavy.

Not really. I don't know much about Japanese mythology.

I figure the hardest part would be the multiple tails.

With a repro hip piece you could sew a couple of pieces sort of like a glove, with three tails, and run a wire. Drill holes in the hip piece for the ends of the wire.

The CTVT male body has a female-like shape to the hips. Put one in a bodysuit and add a belt - it's too female-ish. Of course they are a flat as a 10-year old boy up top.

Too much concern about the chest here. The main problem I have with the Mego female body (Both classic and CTVT versions) is the abdomain. Or should I say the plasic ball between the chest and pelvis. The ball has no way of producing enough friction for the figures to hold a pose. If you score or add friction points it ruins the look for bare midriff costumes. Also ladys maybe heavy or lite up top but they sure aint barrel shaped.

I need a female body

I just took a look at the new body that DocMego posted over in the Replica section, and her midriff seems to be a bit longer than that of a vintage Mego or CTVT.

The ball joint in the waist is not as glaringly obvious as it is in the aforementioned bodies, and she poses pretty sweetly.

For all those of us who are heartily sick of using the CTVT crap, I predict that Doc is going to rapidly run out of his first shipment of female bodies when he announces them here and on his website.

Hmmmm.... I've never had a problem. If they're flopping around it's probably because the rubber bands are getting stretched out.

I've been able to buy female Mego bodies on eBay for less than $5 a piece for several years now. As nice as it is to have repro options, originals are nearly as easy as pie to come by.

Just got the good news from the Doc himself.

The new caucasian female bodies are now on Doc's website.

He says that he should have them in by late this week or early next.

Err on the side of caution folks, and wait until next week.

well i used mego original bodyes as well CVTV's ones...personally i think they looks pretty good with a good bodysut..just my opinion
