Need help with mixing paint for flesh color

Hmmmm....

If you're not looking for too much by way of special effects on your head, Testors makes a colour called "wood" that matches a Mego body pretty well. Lighten with a touch of white for a CTVT bod.

Yes it will; BUT Testor's enamels are pretty thick, so if you've got a head with a lot of detail it might obscure some of it. If you've got heads on par with original Megos it'll work fine. Original Mego heads had pretty shallow and broadly carved details.

So; I've used Testors on a couple of Captain Dunsel heads, 'cos he makes his a lot like original Mego ones detail-wise. But on Cory's monster heads I used acrylics, since he carved a lot of facial wrinkles and crevases into his heads.

Here's a suggestion:

Buy Testor's Acrylic "Skin Tone Warm Tint". It's a round glass bottle in the paint section at the Hobby store.

Less work and it looks great. I swear by it!
