Yellowjacket Rocks..!
Look at my avatar and gallery (david_b).. I have a kicka@@ Yellowjacket I did for Famous Covers. He's very easy to do. I used craft foam for the wings. On the yellow base outfit, just used some black pleather stitched on, then attached the wings to that. I do have to redo them sometime (and finish the emblem..), but it worked rather cool.
You just have to cut out the inner wing part (where it'll attach to his body) very tightly. I'll take a few trial/error attempts, but it's not bad at all..
