Try dusting the inside of the boot with talcum powder--works well with GI Joe boots.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

      Thanks buddy...I'll try that!

P.S. Will the talc powder stain the clothed material though?

The TT suits end at the knee, which is why the vintage boots are molded snugger.

I don't have Doc's TT boots, but if they are like his TT gloves which I do have, they are a bit more firm/snug than originals. The powder should work great getting them onto a bare leg.

But getting them over tights sounds pretty difficult to me.

Make sure to use talcum powder (pref. unscented), not cornstarch powder. Talc is mineral-based & more inert. If you are putting the boot over fabric, the talc will make the tights a bit powdery but will not hurt the fabric. Washing the fabric or simply wiping with a damp cloth should remove the powder residue.

(When I powder boots, I use a q-tip dipped in the powder & swab the inside of the boot. This cuts down on the excess powder.)

          Thanks buddy...much appreciated.

I forgotten that the Teen Titans have knee length pants only...my custom has fabric all the way to the feet.

          Let's see what happens.

          Thanks again!
