Trek Transporter Malfunction

I posted this "custom in progress" a while back and after a few changes and improvements I am calling it done. I sort of lost the inspiration along the way, as it wasn't meeting my expectations, but now I am pretty ok with the final result. I hope you like it, too.

The overhead tubes do function as lights. The main body is/was a 5 gallon bucket, everthing else I scrounged from various scraps in my shop.

The pics could use a caption, as I have poured the last of my creativity into finishing it up. Thank you for looking.

Really nice work. Great job on the transporter. I to have been flirting with a transporter off and on. Basically whenever I feel like messing with it and when a new idea hits or some new piece of material for customs is found that will suit the purpose.

Is that Kirk on steroids again?

How about the standard.

hey Ronin---altho' as an adult I've never been a big fan of
the original series---as a young KID in the mid to late 70s,
I pretty much was a big fan---
your transporter/transporter room set up there really brings up
those old memories of being a fan of those specific characters
and their Mego counterparts---all because of what a great job
you did with that custom setup there---Cheers!
