This is probably a dumb question, but is the Reeve Superman in a resized suit compared to the Parkdale, or is the suit stretchy enough to fit various figures?

Not a dumb question at all, but the suits are definitely different. The comic head Supes is on the standard Mego 12" figure, and his torso and shoulder span are much thinner than the muscular version of the body, and both outfits are skin tight on the respective figures. The 13" Power Action Supes is wearing an even larger version of the outfit. Interestingly, there seems to be variations on the comic head Supes' suit, both sewn and non-sewn belts are possible. I think I've only seen sewn belts on the Reeves muscle version body and the Denys Fisher Power Action's suit has a non-sewn belt.
This week we're going to talk about the Supervator, the most ignored Mego World's Greatest Superhero toys! Look for a new Vintage Mego and a revised gallery, just look at these awesome villain cards. Also, who is Jungle Cheif and what is a poison cave?
If Mego had the Green Goblin by this point, they also had the Lizard, so why not use him? Why invent "The Jungle Chief"?
I had never seen the image of Jungle Chief before. I assumed he was a Frank Buck "Bring 'Em Back Alive" type with a pith helmet and a big mustache...not a Leopard Man!
Were there cardboard separators inside the Supervator box? My boxed example is far from mint and has none. It seems, however, the box is HUGE compared to the needed size to house its components. Seems like a lot of wasted space to take up more room on a toystore shelf.

I agree--bizarre--but let me say a sincere "Thank you!" for posting his card so clearly and at such size.
I've wanted to do a Jungle Chief custom for years: In my mind, he's a Tarzan foe, a fully-costumed evil version of The Phantom.

I'm guessing Jungle Chief was a foe for Tarzan or possibly Jet Jungle, would make sense. Perhaps will see a Jungle Chief custom down the road at some point.
