What Other Figures NECA Could Make.....

Definitely. Those would translate well in that format, especially with the current articulation being used by NECA. They could even use translucent plastic for the visors. -
i would love for them to make mark, jason, princess, keyop, and tiny frombattle of the planets aka gatchamanLeave a comment:

When you remove the Hateful 8 from their boxes, you can see just how nice the outfits are made. Shirts, waistcoasts, jackets, overcoats. All in perfect scale, with tiny buttons. They are amazing.Leave a comment:

Those are some great ones! I would love to have an Eddie Murphy figure from Beverly Hills Cop and I think they could make Seinfeld figures in the 8inch clothed retro format as they've done with the Home Alone and Bill & Ted's.Leave a comment:

I thought Chuck Norris would have been a no-brainer, but I think we are more likely to see an Eddie Murphy figure by the choices that are being made. Not that there's anything wrong with that!

The Marvel approach of a figure with three costumes would work well for some actor figures like Stallone with military specialist attire, a futuristic cop attire like Dredd, and climbing attire like Cliffhanger.
Seinfeld set would be cool, with soup nazi and George's parents, they were hysterical.Leave a comment:

Finished my Hateful Eight, and really hoping for some more SF/horror figures now.
Hellraisers would be my first pick.Leave a comment:

Charles Bronson as Kersey in Death Wish.
Chuck Norris as Captain McCoy (beard) in Delta Force or Chuck as Braddock (moustache) from Missing In Action.Leave a comment:

I hope they continue their Friday the 13th series in retro form. It's been enormously successful. Lots of variations of Jason to go. I hope one day they get the Halloween license. Michael Myers would be awesome. But with Myers, you MUST get that head right or the whole figure doesn't work.Leave a comment:

Jack Burton would be great! Apparently they've considered doing making an 8 inch retro figure, although I'm not sure if the project materialized.According to a response they gave to a fan on Twitter:

Hmm, so many. They could follow Reaction figures lead and make Fifth Element figures. I wouldn't buy those. How about classic crooners Mel Torpor/Torme and Perry Coma/Como?Leave a comment:

Yeah, man I really blew it on explaining the premise. I agree that Dread Zeppelin might have thrown it off. I watched a few vids with them after I posted the thread and agree that a Tortelvis figure might be what the world needs (or at least me!).This inpart-thread-collapse is hilarious! I'd blame that on an early Dread Zeppelin reference, in which event I'd definitely buy a Tortelvis sure to have that classic sweet BubbaHoTep NECA vibe.
A little part of me dies every time Randy laments the loss of the Apes. IE: If the Apes line died, your bad idea for toys sure as hell won't fly! responses. At least we can laugh a little together in our mourning.
