I just got in wave 2 of the Halloween Kids. The variant is the Devil. It recolored and has a different kid in the outfit.
So wave two: Phantom Of The Opera. Devil version 2, Vampire Girl, Witch, Dracula.

I bought the Phantom on ebay. It looks great in the package, and I love the mask.
But be aware, the suits don't replicate vintage vinyl/sateen. Neca's using, you guessed it--pleather.
