    HO. LY. SH. IT.

Craig - these are AMAZING. I've been just staring at them for like a half hour.

It's unbelievable what you have accomplished here. The attention to detail is amazing. The quality is amazing. The likeness is amazing. The fit-and-finish of accessories is amazing. The precision with how the gun fits in the hand… I mean wow.

The level of articulation - how the body parts have a sort of "ratchet" to them. I also was afraid the bodies would be too "buff" based on the pictures but not at all in person.

I mean truly, these are the best 8" figures ever made. Period.

I have two minor complaints My Buck has a bad (open) seam on the back of his sleeve. Not a big deal. Also, Tigerman is impossible to stand. I think the choice of a soft-goods boot, while it looks great, makes it impossible to stand as the "plastic" on the bottom of the shoe has bowed slightly. Hopefully this will flatten over time. A harder plastic boot may have been a better choice.

Please please please Do BSG and SMDM

Any every other series, too, while you’re at it.

Mine haven't arrived yet either. I'm assuming the delay is because of the "massive snow storm" that shut down the city.
good news i guess, sometimes the mailman leaves packages right on my front step, i'm glad to know some passer by didn't get the coolest new figures out!!

on a side note, i got a package today and was disappointed to find out it wasn't buck and tigerman, but just a really nice t-1 ironman, spidey and hulk

    k.c.

I want to issue a friendly warning to the Weather Gods not to mess with my BR figures. Don't make me go up there and kick some gluteus maximus!!!!

When you get these you will be AMAZED at the amount of detail that is on these figures at this scale...Nothing like this has been done with Re-Mego before. For example, Tiger Man's tiger-tooth necklace is made up of twenty INDIVIDUAL tiger's teeth that can move independently up and down the string. Other companies probably would have just made a one-piece plastic necklace, ala Wonder Girl's like Mego.

Yes these are $30 each prior to shipping. But considering some on-line companies are charging $24.99 (plus shipping) for Mattel Retro-Action I don't think Zica's prices are unreasonable...in fact it's practically a steal IMO.

They look great can't wait to get mine. I'm glad that Zica made some great detailed 8" mego like figures. I hope Mattel can learn from this and make better looking DC Super hero figures not the junk they released. The BR boxes remind me of the old style mego boxed figures. That's the megos I collect. Not crazy about the carded stuff. The BR figures even pose nice with a great looking body not the Mattel bow legged bodies. I hope Zica can do BattleStar Galactica 8" figures from modern TV series . Would love to have a Boomer, Six, Starbuck, Apollo, and more. A great show needs a great figure.

I want in SO bad, but they are just a bit out of my price range with so many other figures coming out. Plus, I've never seen one second of ANYTHING involving the license.....but still, DROOLING over the dude in white. Great figure.....

Ladies and gentlemen, we have a winner!

You did it, Craig. They look fantastic, and I love the packaging.
Now it's up to us, the collectors, to keep this line alive and well, so we'll get more great stuff from ZICA.

I hope that plane across the Atlantic goes full throttle, so I get my set soon!
