EMCE had no product to support or product that they chose to share with MM.

While things were often taciturn I never took it personally until I got a clear message our communicating days were over around the time of the mego announcement. I always supported and promoted their endeavours, so I think that bridge burn is underserved.

I'm confused or naive or both: Isn't Emce affiliated with DM? Or is it part of DST? I guess I don't grasp why Emce has become standoffish.

EMCE is a seperate entity from DST although they do seem to work closely. DM was part of it last time I checked and we're just dandy, so I'm not trying to imply any of this is coming from him. None of it is, he's great.

It didn't come out, neither did the amazing UM lunch box they designed.

You know, I'd love to see the average of toys DST shows vs what they honestly get to market.

Hmm. I was mostly asking about Mego style stuff. But this is some food for thought. It seems to be in a restructuring, and the breaking of communications seems to indicate that.

I wish them luck, but hope they don't move their output outside my areas of interest.

Ironically, I really like some of the stuff they're making and hope they do more. I still purchase their product.
