To avoid selling a repro Mego Iron Man and a Tony Stark S.I. Mego in this EMCE line seems a bit odd.... if not a LOT odd.
Cap's "modern" take was fixing the errors on the Mego figure, wrong boots, no gloves, no white sleeves, goofy head. Thor's Mego was pretty on model, so that probably led to the modern Thor redesign being used, so it wouldn't look like a carbon copy of the repro. Same could hold true with Iron Man in Diamond's eyes.

Is Spider-WOMAN ALL 3 females who used the name and wore 3 different costumes possible? Or is that considered 3 characters?

What about Jean Grey who has had different IDs and costumes?

And yes we need Iron Man and Green Goblin!

When you say he'll have other Spider-Man outfits, do you mean other variations of Spider-Man 2099 or other versions of Spider-Man in general? If it is the latter, how does that square with the license mandate that each set be one character (secret ID, costume variations but still the same character, in this case Miguel O'Hara)? Does this mean we could see a set containing O'Hara, Parker, and Morales? Wouldn't they be considered three separate characters?

He also has a comic series, and has had one on and off for 20 years. Also, he'll have other Spider-Man outfits, and Spider-Man has been in EVERY episode of Ultimate Spider-Man. And, you know, some comics and movies.

Iron Man is probably a bit of a challenge, execution-wise. A modern Iron Man may not work in a cloth costume, and I'm not sure how much tooling is possible on one figure in this line. Not that we'll never make him, but I think for now we're happy to be making characters that have never been made.

No Ironman , X-men, or females until 2017 or later ? It will take years to make a team and I'm not getting any younger. I'm only buying Daredevil in 2016 so the rest of my collector's money goes to FTC and Neca

As far as I know, that's why they're on the box, but you can always Ask DST: http://www.artasylum.com
