Big Bang Theory figures up for pre-order

I am really really hoping that the prototypes shown for the gals are just that. If they actually hit the market with heads that big I'm going to be very disappointed. The guys heads are much more in scale but those ladies look like bobble heads! Love the rooted hair though. I'm thinking I will need to have this whole line-up.

of thses and will also the star trek costumed ones as well ,they look cool .

BifBangPow usually does sculpted hair, but I think the girls would work and sell better to the doll market with rooted hair. Given the large female audience for BBT, "doll" aspects of Mego style figures could be a benefit.

Also would be great to have more rooted hair females for customs.

I have never watched Big Bang Theory,,and have no interest.... But that Bernadette figure would make an excellent base for a custom figure of my wife.

I didn't hear this from BBP or EMCE so it could be hearsay but I overheard a comment that the head sculpt approvals were a bit tedious.

I think it was the women that was the hold-up. Didn't Penny have to be re sculpted because the first one was rejected?
