In fact I am more concerned at this point in time to know if there is going to be a remake of the Invisible Girl and select others. I do not have my hopes to high on seeing another remake of her. It would be cool though if they did. Providing of course that she looked good when she was done.
I am with you, on making figures that are not lame.
Invisible Girl's only cool power involved invisiblity. You don't need to buy the figure then. Just say that she is really there, but invisible. Ha Ha!
But Marvel isn't on board with this one. We would need Hasbro to jump on the 8 inch retro bandwagon.

Hell...I wouldn't even care if he had the smile...if he looked EXACTLY like Lopez's Drawing.

That is also my idea of the perfect Robin. I never really quite cared for his original Mego hair style that they gave him. It would have to do for now though.

There is no doubt that Mattel will make a Robin. It is just a matter of time. I only wish they make the Silver Age Dick Grayson Robin. Also, I expect them to sculpt him with the hair combed to the side (Not the Mego hair curls) and definitely not laughing!

    Robin and more!

I'm sure they are saving Robin and other Batman goodies just before the next movie comes out-like they are doing for the GL movie so Batman fans like myself will probably have to wait about a year. Move comes out in 2012. I'm guessing Scarecrow, Catwoman and Joker(& maybe Riddler) are a good bet!
Probably in the next round they will have Supergirl and Brainiac. I'd also say since Robin hasn't come out yet it's a sign of a different size(body type) so it's probably a good bet he is 7"!

I spoke with Dr. Mego a few weeks ago when I placed an order, and while he cannot say when, he did say that Robin would eventually be in the line. I personally hope he looks like the SuperFriends rendition as far as head and mask go. So, at least we know he's on the drawing board.

    Cheers.

Yes, we know Robin will come...but we've already seen the line up of Wave 3(& no Robin)...so how long will they make us wait is the question?

Exactly. Not buying Batman because there's no Robin yet is stupid. Get yourself a Batman and Robin will soon follow
