Yes there is a Batgirl, made by Mego in the '70s. That's the Batgirl he's refering to.

She looks like a Barbie, not a Mego. This is the first Retro figure I'm going on the record as saying "I don't like".....sorry. At least her face could have looked like SuperFriends.

That's a distant shot, but looks pretty cool so far.

That would be an awesome variant. Put 'er in an eagle and skirt with the Tiara over the hair!

The boots are the same as Batgirl, Uhura, etc. unless the factory
changed the design. It was hard for me to examine it too closely
    since the doors were closing.

My post wasn't picking it apart - if you'll notice it started out positive and ended on a positive note. I was simply stating opinion of things I wish were different - if some people think it's great, that's fine. I think it's good - not great. That's fine too. I grew up with the originals and have an extensive collection of mint in mint package both 8" and 12" Mego Super Heroes, so I am much more 'devoted' than my number of posts would indicate. Overall I think the Mattel Retro Heroes line is better than most of the people who rant how horrible it is on some of the other boards. I'm very happy to have this line and it's unfortunate my comments were taken as overly negative.

This is just too funny . . . I was back tracking the thread to find the pic of Wonder Woman (I think she rocks) and it took only 3 posts to start picking her apart (from a non-devoted pic) . . . . some people woudn't know greatness if it came right to their door and knocked

While I'd have preferred the eagle top, this looks very nice!

Oh man she looks so good!
I think the tank top is an interesting approach, it beats the heck outta the flesh tone one-piece suit!
    I definitely agree.
    Can't wait for more pics!

    Wow!!
Looks good, so is this definitely starting to be a Super Friends trend in these figures?
