I haven't seen these in person yet, so what did Mattel come up with for applying the emblem? Is it old school - - - a simple sticker - - - or did they utilize the same process Mego did when it improved the emblems on the Fantastic Four? If it is the improved approach, I'm just wondering about the break in the emblem. As a side note, the mattel GA is holding up relatively well to play by one of my kids.

It is brand new in package. A little early to be transient.

I really like this Superman too! I do hope they improve the waist problem, but the face is excellent as is the costume itself. The S symbol is the right size, the detail in the belt, the cape, the colors are all excellent! The boots could be improved and should have the v notch. But I love this Superman figure!
    Got mine from Amazon/ game_city.
I hope I can find him and GL on the shelves/pegs at TRU.

Is that the photograph or am I seeing tears on his emblem? Looks like I see cracks of the blue costume running through it.

I Gotta ask did you get him at retail or game city on ebay ,the reason i ask is the colors look much better on ,you know darker more vibrant ie not faded and pink ,i know superman told lois in his 1978 movie ,i like pink very much lois , but he should never wear it himself ,even his boots dont look as bad ,it gives me hope that theres been a running change and the ebay early birds were early samples ,Any way i think your looks great cheers chris
