You could take two of the new Mattel figures and make a Super Friends-accurate variant. Lex as GL, from the episode where the Legion of Doom tampers with the Super Friends origins, Lex takes Hal's place, and Abin Sur gives him the Power Ring!!!

Other way around

Actually you should just take the clothes off Hal and put them on
Sinestro - so you will end up with a naked Hal ready to become
the Lone Ranger or the Green Hornet.

As for Sinestro costume - you could make the Flying Graysons.

Great, but what do we do with all the extra Hal heads and Sinestro bodies?

Pretty much ANYONE in the Mego world can be a Green Lantern now.....Imagine a Green Lantern James T. Kirk or a Green Lantern Spock or a Green Lantern Cowardly Lion or a Green Lantern Cornelius. That's the beauty of interchangeable Mego heads and the fact that the GL Corps is made up of all sorts of alien life forms.

Hmmm....Green Lantern Lizard, Green Lantern Gorn, Green Lantern Fonzie (the coolest GL....aaaaaaay!), Green Lantern Sulu, Green Lantern Wolfman....the possibilities are endless!

How cool would Jet Jungle look as a GL? Or for that matter Khan?
