This is what happens when the Tong Indians come to work with you.
No work gets done!Leave a comment:

I am a big fan of this body style. Would love to see a boxed indian pic. Just to see what the kind of accessories they came with. I got a couple of the ones from Castaway and have been drooling over the Cowboy ones for sometime. Does anyone have the other ones that are Megolike? Would love to see clear pics of those guys.Leave a comment:

Wow, nice to see those. The bodies are the same as the Tong Indians' that Castaway toys have for sale. I also found out recently that the Tong Indians were released under the Bogi name. There was a seller in Italy that had one boxed and I have a copy of his photos. The cowboy figure that CAT had up is also Bogi/Tong. The revolutionary figs were released by a different company named Universal and in the US. But still very nice 1976 (Bicentennial) revolutionary figs and still Tong bodies. Very similar to Mego and exact in scale.Last edited by hobub; Jun 2, '11, 8:40 PM.Leave a comment:

I finally picked these guys up.
Does anyone have any of the other Tong lines?
I have a couple of Indians but would love the knockoff SWAT and Emergency guys.Leave a comment:

Had these on my watch list as well but didn't realize they were that rare until I saw the finishing bid. Figured they were probably worth more than the money they sold for when they went that high.Leave a comment:

No it isn't but I have noticed a resemblance too.... If you see the head without paint though, he looks quite a bit like Richard Gere... similar nose and profile..

Is it possible the blond head is made from the Mego Capt. Kirk sculpt? There's some strong similarities.
I had never seen these before either, and I love searching Megolike. Always good to see more Mego-type figures!
