I emailed ZLC 10-30-24 and they said there was no info on when wave 19 would come out, and that was 4 months .My Atlas figure on pre order keeps moving back too with no date anymore.Disney Mego might be the only thing in next few months but who knows with no info from Mego

Hope so, I’ve been a huge Hawkman fan since the 70s and hoping for a Mego Hawkman since then…..

I jumped on here wondering the same thing. Any idea when wave 19 will go on presale? Maybe the Atlas and Marvel deals slowed this down?

What's interesting about your comment is that the "World's Greatest" (from WGSH) was used across multiple lines (Super Pirates, Super Knights) plus variations like Super-Gals and Super-Foes for the WGSH line. The majority of which are all still among the missing.

Possibly becasue no one has been excited enough about it to start one...

I'm pretty interested in the Atlas stuff, but I think pricing will probably push a lot of people out. Good on Mego for getting the deal with Walmart to do these, but I don't know how they will do. Without a big audience, they are kinda oddball items but they look cool and the included comic could help people get introduced to these characters, but again the pricing almost dictates you'd have to be interested in the first place. They're going to lose out on the "fodder" type of sales I'd think.

I think the Marvel/Disney thing has some legs, but again it's locking people into a higher price point that moves these firmly from the "impulse buy" to "high end collectible" and I don't know Mego should be occupying that space. Hopefully they do well, but I do have some concerns about some of these things. In the end perhaps they will be just fine, but I do think the potential is there, especially if it leads to other franchises in the Disney library.

I completely understand why and how some of these deals work. Mego often isn't getting to make these choices in terms of pricing, availability or even character selection, but that doesn't mean that some of those things aren't fraught with issues. As I mentioned before the Hasbro/GI Joe thing was a failure specifically because they tied it to Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow and the buzz for the new film, but that wasn't what the Mego audience wanted and the larger general audience doesn't care about Mego or more SE & SS figures. Same issue could happen with the Marvel characters.

Thank you. I guessed I missed that somehow. I thought nothing could officially be revealed until NYCC. So, now that the cats out of the bag let’s see the others

There was a pic of the Grim Ghost figure in this week's Mego Museum newsletter, and posted in some of the threads on the topic here.
