Mego Andorian and Talosian....

Did anybody receive the Talosian and Andorian Mego figures from ZLC ?

They get their figures from License 2 Play, and I don't think they have gotten them yet. They aren't on their website. I'm waiting for Zlc to get them, too. Seems like almost a year since I pre-ordered them.

I asked that question to them last month and this is what they wrote

"The Star Trek figures are expected to arrive at Mego's distributor in late June. Normally they would have received those figures 8 weeks before Amazon and everyone else, except Mego canceled those figures late last year and then decided to reverse that early this year. Creating a situation where retailers who don't normally have the figures first, receiving them before Mego's largest dealers. It really screwed everything up.

All License 2 Play have on their website is older figures. They show nothing from any newer waves.

I’m actually still waiting for my figures from Absolutely Retro, pre-ordered back in October. I don’t mind the wait, it’s just that I hope they weren’t cancelled for some reason since the expected delivery date was first quarter Feb/Mar, then it skipped to June/July, but I haven’t heard anything yet about further delays on pre-orders. Should I not expect them now until say the holidays or maybe not at all, and end up getting a refund? that would be very disappointing since I already know the Andorian Ambassador is going to be different looking from the original prototype shown on the website.

That would be great! I wouldn’t mind waiting until the end of the year if that were the case.

Okay, so I just recently checked Absolutely Retro website store, while on the homepage, I clicked on the News link and they show a picture of both the Andorian Ambassador and the Talosian, it says “Coming Soon” and it looks like the Andorian has been corrected to light blue skin along with the hands, this is good news for those who (like me) were disappointed about the darker blue skin, so keeping fingers crossed.

That Andorian is wearing the prototype top and not the production figures top. So it might be a variation of the prototype and not the actual released figure.

Speaking of…….I’m assuming the picture in this week’s newsletter, Andorian and Talosian with Trelane is also the prototype Andorian? and what’s the story with Trelane? just asking since he’s pictured with the others.

ZLC is finally shipping these figures. I'm assuming the Andorian is still dark blue...
