Got Shame and Mad Hatter today! When I saw the pistols Shame comes with, I had to laugh. Too modern, Too small.

Mego 8" Shazam looks more like John Davey than Jackson Bostwick!

Got my Hatter and Shame too. A quick hit with the hair dryer and Jervis' hat was perfect. Both have great outfits, but that gun belt for Shame had to go. Pulled out a Castaway gunbelt and gun set and it looks MUCH better.

Another custom use for that Shame head? How about John Davey, the second Captain Marvel from Shazam!

Got my Mad Hatter and Shame yesterday. Very pleased with them!

I agree, it's sharp and improves the look of the figure significantly.

I also removed the velcro on mines to keep the jacket opened as well as the others,...and rearranged the buttons like in the show,..Joker looks a whole lot better and accurate to the show!!! And even repainted Riddlers lips and shoes!

You did a great job on those. This is a good alternative when you want the outfit opened up as it was originally intended.
