when you guys say series or wave 4 you mean batman wave 4 right?

Pretty sure these will not be the next set after titans, or the set after that. But I guess we will see
Yeah I'd wager these are about 6 months out. Seems like we're about a week or 2 away from Batman 66, then likely Titans around Memorial Day, then......? Maybe the first Superman wave? Beginning to look like the first wave after the Titans might not hit till July or August. Batman Wave 4 could easily be a Christmas purchase.

EDIT: Forget Batman Wave 3 likely after the Titans. It's entirely possible that we don't get Batman Wave 3 till July.

They've never gave a firmer date than later this year. IMO if we get it before the end of Summer I'll be very surprised. GA is probably the figure I am most looking forward to.

Strange that Scarecrow is not pictured on the back of the 2-Pack cards with the lineup of other characters.

I think they both look very cool! I'm looking forward to seeing the costumes. I really hope they don't do printed costumes and instead give Ras a full green suit and cape. Looking at what is for sale on Classictvtoys.com, they already have a green suit in stock. I'd bet that's how they go with it.

As for the Scarecrow sculpt, it could easily fit into the Universal Monsters line, the Evil Dead line, or a Super Friends line all based on how they do the costume. The face is definitely creepy but I'm for it. I prefer the Adams look.

Yeah, after seeing that cover, I'm totally on board with it now.

    Thanks for posting the pics.

I think they both look great. Maybe down the line we can see a Legion of Doom/Animated style Scarecrow too.

Jut looked at the post hove mine. That is pretty compelling I suppose. Maybe I'll warm up to it when I see the clothing.

This was precisely my reaction. Nice that they're making these, but Scarecrow especially misses the mark. I thought the intent was to produce figures that looked like their vintage counterparts.

    Waaaay too modern looking.

Ra's isn't really an issue anyway...but I'm really not digging the demonic Scarecrow. He looks like he's made of wood or something...and the neck seems out of place. Just my two cents. I'll end up buying him anyway...the completist in me can't help it.
I'm not saying you can't have 'realistic' sculpts and it not fit in. The sculpt on the Mego Batman magnetic figure was much more grim than the regular and it was awesome.

I'm saying going the 'Mego' route with Ras would have completely diluted the character. Glad they didn't.

Yeah, they do but I do think that this will please more folks than a simplified head sculpt. If retro action taught me anything it's that the world is split on what "mego style" is. This is probably the smarter choice for FTC. I personally tend to lean the other way but respect their choice.
