Picked one up yesterday and got her out last night to run. Lots of fun, but a few surprises in it's manufacturing. While it "looks" like it's die-cast counterpart, it actually is made of plastic and...get this...rubber! Yes. The tail fins are rubber. Even the rocket launchers are rubber. You can bend them!I guess that was a insightful move since most remote control vehicles end up bumping into objects. This spares the vehicle from taking on any premature damage. Fun toy and pretty durable.

I saw one at TRU yesterday in a badly damaged box. Even had a hole underneath and paint missing off the front of the car where the packaged was damaged on the side. But they would not discount it. So I passed. Cheap a$$es...Leave a comment:
