Rare Marx 6" Indian action figure

Guys here's a very rare Marx figure. A 6" indian. I have the horse too. I don't know his name, any help is appreciated.
    Thanks!

Marx made some classic "Western" action figures. This one is certainly new to me.

Rampart, this is Squad 51. How do you read?

Looks like a shrunken down version of their 12" Geronimo

This appears to be the European produced Red Cloud ( or sometimes Chief Red Cloud) figure from the Johny Colt line. Can't think of the name of the company who put these out right now. Have to do some digging. I believe they were German or Italian... Licensed by Marx.

I think these guys (first picture) made your figure. Based solely on a hunch looking at the rougher casting on the accessories and head paints
Second pic is of Marx US produced Dusty Slade from same line.
If I'm not mistaken, 6" and 7 3/4" variations were produced

This is very interesting--where these after the 12" Western line?

Where they just rescalings of those figures?
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

I believe they first came out in 1967. They ran co- current with the 12" line. They were produced in Mexico well into the 2000's.
They were partially rescaled. Mainly accessories. Bodies were all new, and the heads for Johnny Colt and Dusty Slade were reuses of the similar scaled space line of Johnny Apollo and the Sargeant Starr military line ( which was a repurposing of the Rat Patrol line).

I should add the 6" variations like this one were very rare.

Captain thanks for the info! The German Cherokee Chief in your first pic is 12" and very similar to the US standard version, with less detail. I read in the Heaton book that both Dusty Slade and Johnny Kolt are 7 1/2 (like Johnny Apollo). My Indian is 6" and marked Marx made in Hong Kong and his accessoires have painted details.

For what I know, Red Cloud is different, and 7 1/2.

Small Marx figures in blister from an Italian 1967 catalog. The indian accessories are very similar to mine.
