micronauts Star Searcher variation?

Hi Guys,

I just noticed at the innerspaceonline site, the Star Searcher description and pics say and show that an orange/red hook came with the crane.

The hook that came on my Searcher (that I had since I was a kid) is chromed metal. I wondered if mine is a variation or if the orange hook is a variation? Does anybody know? What do you guys have for hooks on your Star Searchers?

Its a variation. The couple of Star Searchers I've had both had metal hooks. This was probably the original Microman part, that Mego probably replaced with cheaper plastic later in the toy's production.
