ST:TMP Carded Figures With Cardboard Inserts?
I spotted this on eBay and it's the first time I've ever seen one like this.
It looks like it has a cardboard insert at the bottom of the bubble to (I assume) keep the figure properly aligned inside the bubble.
If I remember right, the first series of Star Wars figures had cardboard inserts inside the bubble.
Wonder if Mego made a half-hearted attempt to mimic what Kenner was doing. I also wonder if the insert indicates that the figure was from the beginning of the production run.
Anyone else seen these figures like this?
