Joe DeRouen of Mego Store is the worst person in the world. He'll steal your women and sell your babies into slavery. In fact, he once shot a man just for snoring.
Yes, I was at Mego Meet, and yes, I was aware of the thread. I could have accessed it and responded or deleted it, but chose not to. I've done so now because it has run its course, and it's more personal grudges and flames in there than anything at this point.
Yes, I'm slow at shipping. I even state such on my website, (!!) so it's not like I'm hiding that. However, things had gotten much, much better until February when I was very ill with pneumonia. These threads "that pop up every month" had not popped up in many, many months before that. And, yes, I got behind again, and it's been hard to catch up, but I am doing my best. Slowly but surely, I am getting caught up.
If anyone doesn't want to wait, simply e-mail me and, unless your order has already been sent, I'll refund your money. It's that simple.
Some people who posted, by the way, are upset because the new McDonald figures haven't shipped yet - despite the fact that I have repeatedly e-mailed them and told them that the delays were due to Huckleberry Toys, and I don't even have the figures in hand yet. I can't ship what I don't have. Ditto for an angry PM I got from someone else asking where their Scotty and Keeper were - this despite the fact that I sent a mass e-mail explaining Diamond's delay. Again, I can't ship what I don't have.
And if you don't want to buy from me, so be it. There are plenty of other resources out there, you can find what you need elsewhere.
And by the way, Mr. Havoc's order was shipped, along with about twenty others, the day before I went to Mego Meet.
I may be slow at shipping, but I am honest, and always try to add extras to almost any order, especially if I'm late with it.
Admitting that up front and trying to do better is all I can really do.
