Old big-head Cap was one 12" figure who could have really benefited from a muscle body (a red handed one at that!). And I'm not sure if Jor-El was originally meant to have a muscle body, his suit seems really too tight on him.

Some great sculpts, too--FTC should consider shrinking some of them for variant offerings.

The skinny body one was definitely sold in the states. I still have mine from childhood. I got it for Christmas.

I like the leaner body on Spidey and Robin, but I like the buffer body on Supes and Bats.

I actually really like the way that body suits all the heroes, it's kind of like a bigger version of the 8" body:

I got one of these as a kid and it was one of my most played with. I remember it came with a black thread web and i was mesmerized. It also had fly away action which I immediately tied to doorknob. Its one of my greatest mego childhood memories. Luckily my Mom was there to snap a picture of it.
    Great picture!

I was looking on the floor for the box/card that he was packaged in...lol

I would third that for the skinny spidey. Anyone know if the hands are the same as skinny hands, just in red?

Totally agree, the standard 12" body much more suits Spidey than the muscle body does.

I had a fly-away version as a kid, & saved the web for my 8" figure-it later came in very handy when I needed to complete my Spider-Car.

I was unaware of the Canadian version; I think I like its leaner body more for Spidey.

I'm pretty sure he just came in his own unique (and awesome) box. He's my favourite 12" Spidey too, I can't believe I don't have one yet...

That first one there looks like the "Spidey when he temporarily filled in as a conga player for Mungo Jerry in 1975" variant.

It's a dirty little secret that Medusa of the Inhumans can do just that.
