I recently Purchased a Pin Pin 1979 Spiderman in which the Bubble was coming off the card. I looked into some of the threads here and didn't find too much beyond Elmers glue for re-seating the card on he board. (Personally I think Elmers turns yellowish with time and can be brittle) In my research I found that Glue dispensers which lay down either dots, micro dots , or lines from a conveyer belt like track worked best. It dosn't bond instantly, and can be slightly maneuvered when setting. It dries clear. kind of like a cross between a very tacky hot glue gun type material and rubber cement (Though not as messy and much more precise where you want the glue lay down ) It worked great. The Glue dots themselves could be used in situations where only small sections of bubble are off the board as well as situations like mine where three sides were off the board.
