I love Starsky and Hutch! Great show, and you can catch me watching it w/ my Megos on some weeknights on RTV. I always thought Hutch was nutty, but definitely hot!

BTW...does anyone else think that Dobey shoulda been on a FAT Mego body? I mean, let's face it Bernie Hamilton (RIP) was no lightweight.
thanks sharry!! yup, capn dobey shoulda been on a fat body instead! a few of my friends had the chance to meet bernie before he passed and they said he was an all around great guy! i wish i could have met him too.

Wow! Okay now I know someone who owns a Starsky Gran Torino. You already rocked in my book...but now... Your a Golden God! Question on your Torino...How often do you take it out and how good a ride is it? I'm looking around for one to possibly restore, but I have never driven one. I use to driving Mustangs and that style car. How is the ride on a Ford Torino and does it have the stock 351 Cleveland in it or something different? That is so sweet! Nice collection bro.

Even the Palitoy carded versions are superior to what Mego put out state side. I think there might have been a bigger industry for the show overseas than what it was here in America. I always see fan magazines overseas that never seemed to pop up here.

The Palitoy packing is phenominal. I'd luv to buy the 2 pack based on the art alone.

    Sadly my set are unarmed.

Bill Frost sent me this pic ages ago from his set. He said that they are quite different from the AJ pistols.

    >I remember whole endcaps of Dobey and Huggy Bear at "Bi-Way" as a kid.

Wow. That's where I got my Trek Megos when I was a kid.

I think the secondary Starsky and Hutch figures are kinda rare. I've had a helluva time finding them. (All I have is a nekkid Huggy Bear.) I don't know if I've ever seen a Capt. Dobey for sale.

This closed auction below shows a close up of them. I'm not sure if they belong to Action Jackson or not.
