Man, I almost missed this. Nice info on that program Brad. Didn't know this existed. Will this really work? -
I do appreciate Tony (the originator of this thread) removing the Museum card auction after I sent him a message through eBay explaining to him that it is against eBay policy to sell the cards. He answered back telling me that he ended the auction and will not sell Museum cards anymore.
So if you are reading this, thank you Tony. Sorry if I was so harsh but people selling these cards is an ongoing problem.

Now we just need to make sure they are not sold on eBay anymore by anyone other then Brian or Scott.

Thank you Azrak for taking swift action and banning that jerk!

I am sorry if I acted too harshly in my posts. Even though I am a newer member it still made me very angry when I saw what that person was doing by selling the cards. Everyone here is so kind to both myself and others that I guess I became a bit over protective of my Museum family.

Due to my time spent working with eBay I am very familiar with the VERO program which can protect the Museum from people selling these cards. Here is a link that gives an overview of the program and the cards do fit the criteria. I would be more then happy to work with Brian and Scott to get set up to protect the rights of the Museum cards. Once set up any of us could report these listings and they would be removed.
eBay: VeRO
Thanks again.

"I regret to inform you that you have been banned from the museum for selling the promo cards on Ebay. The purpose of the cards is to attract new members to the museum; not to provide a means for someone to make a quick buck from the hard work and generosity of others. You would have been welcome to collect and trade the cards, but it was clear that your aim was to acquire cards for the purpose of reselling them on Ebay."
