Welcome to the funnest place on the planet full of the greatest people on the net! You should put up a "Wanted" listing in the Marketplace". It's amazing how you can round out a collection here thanks to the long timers.

Livinxxxl - I have been at Coca-Cola for 12 years and Coca-Cola headquarters for 4 years. If I come across anything cool and unique, I will let you know! I was a Coca-Cola fan before I got the job there too.
And I see you are S.O.D. fan by your sig? This place rocks!:-)
Congrats to you on your achievement thus far. That is totally cool of you man to think of us if you should run across something cool and unique. Much appreciated.

I "think" my gf has a 10 year Coca Cola anniv. employee ring. We have bought soooo much stuff that I some times lose track of her collection as to what she actually does have. LOL!

Yeah S.O.D. rocks just like The Mego Museum.

Enjoy your stay here. I am sure that you are going to like it.

Someone mentioned Wonder Woman. Funny to say that I had a 12" Barbie brand Wonder Woman that I got on Ebay at home when my 7 month old daughter was only a month old! I didn't want her to be left out of play time! :-)

Welcome Dave to the fabulous Mego Museum. I do hope that you enjoy your stay here and have lots of fun at the same time.

Being a BIG Mego fan I have the complete 12" Mego line as well. I just do not play with mine as they are in pristine condition. I still do not quite understand why the 12" are not worth more for a 70's toy. That is cool that you can enjoy the hobby with your kids.

I kind of figured that you may have something to do with Coca Cola when I first seen your user name. My gf would love you as she is a BIG Coca Cola fan. We go out almost daily to thrift stores, antique malls, resale shops and what have you in search of some more Coke items to add to her ever growing Coca Cola room.

SPAMN - Thanks for the correction. Yes, superheroes is what I meant. I did forget about Lex and Zod. They are on my list but a little rare. Again, I am only looking for cheap ones since they will actually be played with.
And I forgot to mention the Mego 12" Captain America. They've been pretty cheap on ebay recently. Too bad his noggin is so huge.

There's also a cloth outfit 12" Flash and Aquaman from the 90's that's somewhat Mego-esque, if you squint. Can't find any pictures or any on ebay of Flash at the moment, though. I can't imagine they'd cost you more than a loose, played with 12" Mego Supes or Spidey.

Of course, Aquaman has a beard and the hook hand, rather than the classic look, but it's a good way to fill out your 12" JLA.

    -Joe

Welcome. I love the 12" Superhero line as well. To me, they are just as synonymous with Mego as the 8" counterparts. However, most of them are in pieces due to childhood play, but I've managed to replace them over the years.

I still have pieces of my childhood 9" Robin that accompanied my 12" Batman, but he's rather difficult to replace out of all of them.

Hi Dave. Welcome. I have two little ones who enjoy their Megos and Retro-Actions, too.

I do want Lex, Zod and Jor-el way more than my son does, i'm sure!
I have the ones I keep for display, and a few "beaters" for the kids. All win
