8" Buck Rogers Line Announced

Here are the head sculpts for the first five figures in wave 1. They're Buck Rogers, Killer Kane, Draconian Guard, Tigerman and Hawk. The heads were sculpted in 1/6 scale but the production heads will be shrunk down to 1/9 scale.

Wow, I didn't expect this. Pretty cool. Guess I'm going to have to watch that Buck Rogers DVD set I bought on the cheap a couple years ago and have never watched.

No Twiki?? ***??? Come on now....that's just wrong....Twiki was the best character on this show by a mile....man what a letdown on wave 1

Twiki was pushed back to wave 2 because of the high cost of having tooling made for the new body that's needed for the human characters.

TOTALLY AWESOME NEWS! *My friend's mom knew Gil Gerard in college! Will these figures have CLOTH clothes or all plastic? Wilma, Twiki with Dr. Theopolis, Dr. Huer, and Princess Ardala BETTER be in Wave 2 *along with a Buck in a different uniform!

They will all have cloth uniforms just like classic MEGO figures but with a little more attention to detail.
