I need to get those EA games. I saw where Wal-Mart had lowered the price slightly on them. I can see myself getting bored with just whats on the Wii Fit Plus itself in a few months.

PS made my character fat on purpose, kind of an incentive.

I've been doing EA Sports workouts since December. Winter is long for me, can't cycle, weights are in the garage (forget it) and treadmill is dullsville.

The "more workouts" program has made this winter bearable and I've really kept the weight off not to mention my back is doing great. I do it five times a week, hitting the heavy bag on weekends.

Absolutely love the program, little tired of lunges but what the hell....

I'm always leary of them suggested weights. According to the standard height/weight chart I'm almost 100lbs overweight.
When I was in the best shape of my life in my 20s, I was apparantly 30lbs overweight. I don't know where this was.

The worst part is how it makes your Mii character fat. You plump up like a Ballpark Frank!!!

As soon as I steped on the pad my character turned into the fat guy at the county fair!!!

I don't do the Wii Fit workouts...I do the strength training twice a week and yoga once...

I do however do the EA Active workouts every other day...

I still haven't gotten this. I think it's something I could really get into, but it was so hard to find for a while that once it finally became available I had lost interest.

Agreed, if it keeps my attention I'm more inclined to do it. The running program where you chase the cat keeps me motivated to do it. Unlike a treadmill where you stare at a wall. My ultimate goad is to drop 15 to 20 pounds and get into shape.

1lb per week is a good pace for losing weight.

We have wanted one. I may have to get one to ramp up for P90x which may never happen.... I used to love the Boxing game at the video arcades. That was a workout. Good luck.
