I think the trailer looks good but I agree with the comments made that the actor doesn't seem much like a young Han Solo the way Harrison Ford played him. To be fair the character may have been different in his younger days and less cynical and mercenary than Han was the first time we saw him.

I think you may be right about the younger Solo being less cynical and mercenary. The evidence of that might be indicated with the line “I have a really good feeling about this!” .

it would have been interesting to see what Lucasfilm/Disney could have done with the cgi face tech, ala Leia and Tarkin, for a full film. I doubt Ford would have given approval, tho.

The feel of the movie is good, but as said above, the actor has no "Ford charisma".

My expectations had been very low but went up considerably after seeing this. It has a Western movie feel to it which suits the character.
