USS Enterprise (NCC-1701), Enterprise (NX-01), YT-1300 freighter (Millennium Falcon), Colonial Viper Mark II, Buck Rogers' Earth Directorate Starfighter, Incom T-65 (X-wing starfighter), Klingon D-7 battlecruiser, Romulan Bird of Prey, Firefly class transport (Serenity), and Satellite of Love (from MST3K) ties with Dune's Guild Highliner, since they're roughly similar looking.

Although not a movie spaceship, got to give a shout-out to the P-Funk Holy Mothership.

This is an easy one for me - Hands down the Phoenix from Battle of the Planets.

Here's a nice diecast I have of the ship. All the transportation portals open to reveal Jason's car, Princess bike, and Mark's Plane. It's one of my treasured pieces.

These aren't in final order, but my top ten would have to include:

    Imperial Star Destroyer
    Millennium Falcon
    TIE Fighter (and TIE Interceptor)
    T-65 X-Wing
    The Galactica (original show)
    Colonial Viper (original show)
    Cylon Raider (original show)
    USS Enterprise (original Constitution class)
    Earth Defence Directorate Starfighter (BR25C)

But then I'd also want to add:

    ISSD Executor
    A-Wing Fighter
    Rebel Blockade Runner
    Slave I
    Cylon Base Ship (original show)
The Cygnus from The Black Hole
Dragos' ship from Jason of Star Command
    Nell from BBTS
    The Phoenix (BOTP)
    Princess Ardala's flagship (BR25C)
    Klingon Bird of Prey
    The Argo/Yamato
    The Liberator (Blake's 7)
    The Mothership (CE3K)
    Draconian Marauder (BR25C)
