If your stuck for idea's on the Dalekanium Bumps,how about water tank ballcock's cut in half,available form DIY places or plumbers merchents.You might need alot though

They had the Dalek head at clearance in Asda/Walmart over here for £7.50 a few weeks ago.

It sounds fantastic!
The different Dalek phrases are nice and crisp (you can use them on your answering machine!), and your own voice is nicely transformed into Dalekese (or whatever it is...)!
Add the death ray, and you're good to go.
The lights flicker whenever there's sound, and the stalk lights up.

I now have the Cyberman head and the Dalek. Time for a death match!
