Did anyone like that show Timetraxx ( I think that was the name)
It was about a cop that went back in time to catch timetravel crooks.
He posted notes in the newspaper for his future colleagues.
He had a holographic woman that was his mentor/advisor.
The actor's name escapes me but he played Elvis once also.

    In no particular order
Army of Darkness - or Medieval dead. "hail to the king Baby"

Time Cop - guilty pleasure - "Quit arguing amongst yourself"

TimeRider -campy fun - "He Stole my Machine"

Star Trek 4 - "the keyboard how quaint"

12 Monkeys - "Plague of Madness"

HG Wells Time machine ( Rod Taylor version- the ship window & the magma cooling were awsome effects) " waiting for the All Clear"

    Terminator 1 & 2 ( 3 sucked)- "I'm better now , Clearer"

Bill & Ted 1 -the start of a carrer of whaoh's for Keanu Reves "Strange happenings at the Circle K"

Final Countdown- I bought a USS Nimitz hat just cause I loved it

Thanks for the reminder of Time after Time malcom McDowell as HG Wells - priceless
and I remembered biggles but not the title ( really liked that one back in the day when it played on hbo 10 thousand times)

    Somewhere in Time
    Back to the Future trilogy
    The Time Machine
    Star Trek: IV

I've actually been to the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island in Michigan where they filmed Somewhere in Time. If anyone ever gets the opportunity to go there I highly recommend it. Beautiful place and a beautiful hotel.

If you are going to mention TV shows, two episodes of Twilight Zone were really beautiful time travel stories. Watch "Walking Distance" and "A Stop At Willoughby" - they are really fantastic.

For the most part, my fav variation of this is the present day traveler going back in time.

My top 5 time traveling movies are ...

    1. Time After Time
    2. Back to the Future -1
    3. The Time Machine
    4. Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure
    5. Daleks Invade Earth: 2150-AD

I also seem to remember liking Time Rider, but I haven't seen it since new so I almost totally don't remember the story.

Also, there was a movie starring Jim Belushi as a bad guy ... and a Time Machine in the desert.. I forgot the title, but that one was pretty good.

    What's your favs ?
TimeRider the adventure of Lyle Swan with Fred ward is a classic.
