Oh, I see. I'll probably see that too. I won't pay to see it, but when it comes on TV I'll definitely DVR it, especially if it has Elfman music.
As for Juno Vs. Ash, I'm not so sure, now. Although I am a sucker for terrible movies, so yeah I'll probably watch that too. Now, Ash vs. MegaGator - Oh yeah, I'd watch that in a heartbeat.

You really can't go anywhere after Army of Darkness
It would be like trying to make another Star Wars movie after Return of the Jedi

Sorry, I believe you misunderstood. Raimi's next movie, "Oz: The Great and Powerful", is rumored to be a musical. Which is crazy in a different way to me. Especially since Elfman is rumored to be writing the music.
There IS a live theatre musical version of "Evil Dead" that there's been rumors about being adapted into a movie.
And for the last year or two a straight up "Evil Dead" remake has been rumored.Leave a comment:

Let's face it, a proper sequel with Campbell is never going to happen, IMO. The thing we want most, and what shouldn't really be that hard to make, namely getting the whole old crew together and continuing where we left off.
A remake, well, that's not hard at all. They're remaking every movie ever made. I personally intend to remake the remake of Dawn of the Dead, because it's been a couple of years since the last remake, and audiences will be keen to see the newest version.Leave a comment:

It could be finger puppets with subtitles - as long as it's Evil Dead, I'll still watch it!Leave a comment:

He's working on a Wizard of Oz prequel now - and the crazy thing is that there's rumors it's a musical.
Personally I thought "Drag Me To Hell" was Raimi's best movie in years but it didn't do so hot in the box office.Leave a comment:
