Actually thers two version in the movie. One has a Skull face and he calls his boss on his computer who does not have the skull face( maybe other way around) Same costume.

I've never seen the movie. The only version I've seen of the Skull face is on the movie poster. Never a still shot from the movie. Thanks for the info.

At first I was thinking Robot Monster was a tad too hokey for me. But that didn't last long! I love the idea.
For a body choice, perhaps a Hulk body in Black? It would require custom feet. As for the TV/Space helmet, Should the helmet have a skull inside like the movie poster or the blank metal face with a speaker port inside, like in the movie?

Its actually a prety frighting story. I think If I had read it as a short story it would be less comical.
