I agree. I love the period piece idea. Although slightly dissapointed that because of that we get no Selene. But Eh , I am looking forward to it nontheless .

I am looking forward to Underworld : Rise of the Lycans. I throughly enjoyed the other two films. I hope the prequel does the others justice.

Yes, like I said...vampires are more organized and got their act together.

Werewolves are just beasts of destruction.

In Underworld, the Lycans start as slaves...but soon rise up and brake away from vampire domination...thanks to Lucian.

More powerful??? Better organized and sophisticated, yes...physically...no.

Remember, when never got to see the head Lycan (Lucian) fight the head vampire (Viktor)...but Lucian was obviously more powerful than Selene.

Amongst the non-leaders...Lycans punked vampires one-on-one.

Also, in Abbot and Costello...the Wolf-Man chases Dracula like a little punk.

...and in Val Helsing, Helsing as a werewolf...DESTROYS Dracula.

So I don't get this vampies are more powerful thing.
