    It's crazy good.

Use 2 lbs of ground hamburger to one can of bacon SPAM

Add some onion, I use one full onion box-cheese-grated without the leftover juice

    2 eggs + some saltines

Add some dry spices --- I use a few sprinks of table salt, pepper and a dash of garlic powder.

Put in oven --- at 350 (foil covered)

20 minutes later, remove foil and top off with Ragu pasta sauce

Bake in the oven (uncovered) for 10-ish minutes

After, check to make sure internal temp is over 160

If not, bake a little more --- if so, ENJOY

Even though I've evolved into a conniesewer of fine foods and drink, I still never forget my proletariat heritage.

Yes, I've achieved the rank of 5 Michelin-Man belly rings, I still consider myself a commoner and part of the Great Unwashed.

Mikey has evolved. He hasn't made a SPAM Post in over a year.

Take tonight's dinner:

Starting off with the Loma Linda Brand Hawaiian plant-based rice bowl with Spam slice pineapple ring sauteed with spray on coconut oil & orange pepper. With Gugen coconut milk pineapple flavor to drink.

I am confused the picture does say Spam Lite with 35% less sodium so why are people asking?

Both my sister-in-law and my boyfriend eat this and cannot tell the difference.

Boiling Spam might melt the bloody thing though…

But I’ll give the lower sodium a try. Thanks!

I do like the flavor, but can’t take the saltiness of the regular one, too much.

Browning and caramelizing it on a pan like a hash brown is the way to go.

I may have to try that one...

I'm guessing you cut the SPAM into little chunks and mix it with white rice?

I used to. I found the fastest way to clear a table to myself was eating sardines with V8. That’ll clear a room.
