Well. . .only the Ozzies - Sowth/Slip and BatGirl (as well as a few of the UK/English types perhaps) will know this one/these ones. . . John Eels the Long time Captain of the Aussie Rugby League team, and best rugby player in the world was a year behind me at school and he was a top cricketer as well, and could easily have gone either way/ rugby or cricket at international level. And the Herbet Brothers - Daniel and Anthony from the Same Aussie Rugby League Team, were at school with me as well - above and below - went to Cub Scouts with Anthony Herberts.

I cringe to share the same surname as Boy George - he also has a brother David!!! No Close relation anyway. . . that I know of!!

When I was a kid, I was good friends with Susan Saranden's little brother. She wasn't really a big star then, but she was in a few movies. I used to hang out at their house alot. They were nice people, and his other sister was unbelievably hot. I never met her, though.

I'll add one more to the list that I forgot about.

During my undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, I was taking a business law class that focused on trademarks, copyrights, etc. There were only 10 people in my class. This was about 1989.

A hulk of guy walks in and takes his seat. A couple of sport afficionados in the class immediately recognize him as Kevin Walker who played football for the University of Maryland and was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the 3rd round. He came back to school during the offseason to try to finish his college degree and I had a lot respect for it. I sat next to him, got to know him, and found him to be a very nice guy.

He wasn't an NFL superstar but he is most known for ending Bo Jackson's pro career by tackling him during a game between the Bengals and Raiders.

I went to The University of Southern Mississippi with Brett Favre. One of the highlights I remember was beating Florida State at home when they were ranked #1.

I also got to see Clarence Weatherspoon play a bit. He took over Charles Barkley's spot in Philly after he left.

and my cousin is Kevin Lepage. My Dad used to bring him his tires when he started at Catamount speedway. He started off in a channel lock car. Sad part is that I dont follow Nascar and couldnt tell you what he is up to now.

I lived next to Richard Garses spelliing ? he was or is ? a pitcher for the Twins, got lots of baseball stuff from him shoes. LOL and my nephew plays football on the same team as Joe Montana's kid. But there is a hush hush about it because he is sick of all the people bothering him. I was told not to even ask for an autograph.

Scott Greg was 4 years ahead of me and played for the New York Giants ... I know he was traded at least once but now he's the Silverton High School football coach and I think he went back to school after football to become a teacher to go along with being the coach ... his uncle and my dad are friends.

Oh and Natalie Sanders was 3 years behind me, she was going to be someone big and even had a role in the Rocky and Bullwinkle movie ... yup she got the big part of an extra in a part of the film that was cut lol lol

Now my mom went to school with Howard Hesseman, but he went by Butch Main back then.

They had a few classes together and my mom I guess was kind of a jerk ... Part of their math class lesson was to take turns on math problems at the chalk board ... she'd look for the person who looked like they really didn't want to go up to the board, so poor Butch got nailed

Anthony Michael Hall lived upstairs from my cousin in Manhattan when I was around ten. We used to play handball in the hallway. He always won as I was terrible at just about every sport. He was at the Chiller Show a few years back. I really wanted to challenge him to a game, I think I could take him now. The line was too long though and I was hungry. Boy, I would have really showed him.
