It's more than unfortunate the fact that both, Argentina and Uruguay would eventually face each other for a place in the semi final. What a bummer!

Also, not really surprised but it is nice to see the Germans out, and Brazil has yet to find a decent opponent for everyone to see if they have anything interesting to offer in terms of spectacle and performance.

I do believe Spain is going to grow as the tournament goes.

So far the teams I liked the most are Uruguay and Spain. Belgium plays nice-fast soccer, and Colombia sure makes the ball roll.

Uruguay, Spain, and Argentina I believe are the teams capable to reach the final match.

So far this one's been a VERY exciting worldcup!

I was suprised Germany lost today, thought for sure they would advance, currently watching Brazil and Serbia, Brazil up 2-0
wasn't Brazil one of the heavy favorites going into the tournament?

Mexico gets trounced by Sweden...but still advances because Korea shocks Germany, 2-0.

Wow...what a horrid World Cup for Germany...the defending champs didn’t go past the first round...

Peru wins its first WC game in 40 years. The victim? The poor Sockeroos.

Both are out...France and Denmark advance.

Nigeria vs Argentina is next, man, that’s gonna be a good game...

I hope Iceland beats Croatia...

Man, Spain got lucky.

I’m taking Uruguay over Portugal. Spain is going to roll over Russia.

England demolishing Panama...but the little nation’s first ever World Cup participation was caused for celebration. When their team scored for the very first time, even though England had already scored six goals...they cheered like they had won the whole thing.

They looked lifeless last time...plus they were down one man.

But today they looked fast and dangerous.

They are another dark horse to contend with...
