Yeesh. Now I won't be able to watch him as "Ricky" in Better Off Dead without thinking even worse thoughts about him...

My kids have grown up watching these shows. As kids shows go, they were often more clever, and less cloying than many of the shows on Disney Channel (although some of those aren't bad either).

Just thought maybe the news about John K. shook this stuff loose. Both stories are sad and disturbing, but the John K. stuff is less of a surprise.

The timing would suggest that but no, it's unrelated. I think Nick parted ways with Kricfalusi in the early 90s.
