Right now it's a super powers hall of justice. I used to trip over those at shows but now that my son wants one, I can't find one at FX , Kane or Toronto toy shows.....Leave a comment:

A mint RC Bruce Wayne Head.
I've posted "WANTED" several times in market place...but no luck. Then other times I see One in Marketplace(which I check regularly), and it says SOLD...or, on HOLD! Luck of the Irish...ALL BAD!

Mine was a 1958 LSU National Championship license plate. I just recently picked one up in a lot of old LSU stuff for $500. I was very happy with my purchase because this plate is VERY rare.
Well, I just did a search for one, and guess what, some one stole one for $41 last week
. I have seen these sell for $100's of dollars!!! :

Here's couple that I just can't seem to find. 1974 Hulk poster and late 80's early 90's Marvel comic storage boxes. They were made in 3 colors. Green, red and orange. I've got a green one but can never find the other 2.

I need the Gabriel-Hubley Little Bear action figure to complete my Lone Ranger collection. I've seen a few here and there, but they tend to be in crappy shape. I bid on a nice one once but lost. Ho-hum....Leave a comment:

A small fancy cup. Plus side it grants me immortality. Downside it doesnt work if I take it past the seal on my front porch.

What's Your Mini-Grail?
Do you have something you need to complete a line in your collection but it just keeps eluding you? Its not that its particularly rare or expensive, you just seem to keep missing them or losing an auction by one dollar, etc.
For me, it was the 1980 Dr. Strange calendar. Knowing that dates fall on the same day of the week every 7 years, I started using the 70's calendars for present day use according to the year. I.E., you can use a 1980 calendar for this year since May 28th, 1980 falls on a Wednesday, etc.
I started looking for Dr. Strange's version towards the end of last year when I knew I would need it for this year. I must have lost out on eBay auctions about 7 times until last week. Now there is a spiffy, old 1980 Dr. Strange calendar in my office
So, do you have a mini-grail?Tags: None
