I think for the victim's family and for the sake of law and order, justice should be pursued to the fullest extent... No one should get away with that.

There was a newspaper report that got the ball rolling on this. It took so long because the paper got a piece that was mysteriously missing for years: the autopsy report. The report indicates from her injuries that it was a homicide. Side note: Taxpayers are being considered. Bail was actually set after the arrest, so he could be released and taxpayers would not have to pay for having his illness treated, at least until there is a guilty verdict.

He hasn't been found guilty of anything. He is finally being charged because they now have enough evidence. Big distinction.

This morning, on the news, I saw a clip of a press conference where it was said that statements made in Snuka's recent autobiography lead to these charges. So, I would assume that the prosecutors in Pennsylvania felt they didn't have enough evidence to get a murder conviction, until recently.

If he ends up in jail, isn't he just going to climb to the top and jump off? What cell can even hold him!?

The alleged murder actually happened in Allentown, Pennsylvania ... not New Jersey

He was wrestling at Agricultural Hall at The Great Allentown Fair.

On a side non-related subject about NJ, their government stole millions of dollars in pensions and hurricane Sandy relief.

I think what happens to Jimmy Snuka should be the least of their worries.

What this shows to me is thankfully a person can not get away with murdering someone.
Exactly. Do the taxpayers of NJ really care? I'm sure prosecuting Snuka is like #5,567 of things NJ is wasting taxpayer money on. Just like any other state.

Why prosecute a minor marijuana drug dealer? Isn't that a waste?

Absolutely put him in jail at 99 if he did it, but he's not going to pay much of a debt to society for the short time he has left to live. He should have been in jail 20 years ago if guilty.

Hulk Hogan got scrubbed from WWE website for using a racial slur. Anyone think Snuka will be scrubbed for murdering a woman? I'm curious how Vince handles this.
